I am using STM32f407VG with LCD DM-LCD35RT and I am wondering if there is a tutorial or project that I can use to design my LCD display for my senior design project. Please I need you help I am really struggling.

This really depends a lot on what underlying systems you're using, what IDE you're planning to use and so on. You can find a few step-by-step guides that show how to integrate the µGFX library in existing projects for specific IDEs on our wiki. Additionally, you can find a few ready-to-run example projects in the demo section.
Unfortunately, there's just too much variation to cover all the cases. I'd recommend you to ask specific questions if you have any. We're happy to help wherever we can.
