Hello sir,

              In my application in message editor i am not able to move the cursor to 2nd line. It is always in 1st line.

please suggest me.

Hello Joel,

Thanks for your response.  I am using textedit and have enabled TEXT_WRAPUP.  we, are facing an issue wherin, the text is not wrapping up even if it goes beyond the width. but when focus changes the text wraps up in the next line. but we are not able to edit the text in second line. the cursor is not moving to second line. i.e multi line it fails.

please, help me how to overcome this.

Can you please provide a minimum test case that we can compile in order to reproduce the problem?

thanks for your response.

case:

1.display is rotated

2. text WRAP_ON  is on.

cursor is moving only in 1st line. its not moving to 2nd line.

Just to clarify: Is the display rotation a key component here?

Well, this is most likely a bug inside the textedit widget. I've added this to our internal ToDo list but it's gonna take a few weeks until we get there. You might want to try debugging it yourself if you need it quicker. We're happy to help if you have any specific questions.
