There seems to be a conflict in font names in _RESOURCES_MANAGER_H, and gui.h.
gui.h
font_t DejaVuSans12;
font_t phpoXxi1Y;
font_t DejaVuSans24;_RESOURCES_MANAGER_H
#define DejaVuSans12 0
#define phpoXxi1Y 1
#define DejaVuSans24 2
What to do ?

Hello,
I am modifying the ChibiStudio stm32f4-discovery project - which I have running --- to use the output files from uGFX Studio.
How do I set this up ? - I copied all the files, and the resources directory.
It looks like I need to modify main() , and add guiInit().. and remove a few things.
I thought I saw instructions somewhere , but I misplaced them.
But, in case you have an already modified main.c somewhere....

Hello,
I am unable to setup fonts - I try to enter them - but no luck.
ALSO - my project "dies" when I try to generate it. VERSION 0.20.5 - project attached.
Suggestions please.

OK,
It appears that "Add font" should really be "Add Font File" ? (which I don't have any of...)
Also, The font converter expects "something" - what do I give it ?
I was expecting to see a list of windows fonts - is this a copyright issue, and I have to go to an external site ?
Are you expect .ttf ? files

Hello,
I am making progress -
Two (2) questions:
Q1) How do I create fonts ?
Q2) How do I set the background - is it an image ?

Hello,
How general purpose is ChibiStudio ?
Is it a good choice for general cross-compiled ARM projects ?
I am currently using the STM32F429I-DISC1 board. - which works in ChibiStudio.
I have other projects that I want to import into it - more native C examples - is this possible ?
I am also looking at ATSAMA5D27 applicatiions - some are Linux - but uGFX and FreeRTOS, or ChibiOS has me very interested.

Hello,
I mananged to get it running.
There were x2 configuration problems for me.You probably already know this...
and there appears to be a particular order that
needs to be follewed to debug an app1) Confguration of OPEN OCD - "external tool setup"
-c "telnet_port 4444" -s "C:\ChibiStudio\tools\openocd\scripts" -f "interface/stlink-v2.cfg" -f "board/stm32f429disc1.cfg"2) Configuration of debugger "Run->Debug configuration"
generic tcp/ip - localhost - 3333Not sure why these port numbers work....
2) starting the project
a) openOCD needs to be started manually - one time - must start thru external tool pulldown
a) pressing debug(bug icon) doesnt ever work - must always select the down arrow.So, I am now running -
Thanks for the support.

Well,
I tried to follow the instructions, but no luck.
I cant get the debugger set up correctly -
I try to start OCD

Hi,
I cannot attach to the STM32F4 discovery board.
I don't know why. - It doesn't look like the debugger is set up properly ?
I am trying to follow the setup video for ChibiStudio to no avail...
I get the errors:

Can you point me in the proper direction please.
I figure that you may have already seen this once....

Hi Joel,
Figured it out !
The directory path had a directory with a ' in it (C:\Clients\EPD\SBC's\Graphics\ugfx_chibios_stm) [SBC's]
This made something very unhappy.
It now compiles - on to how to get the program into the Eval board.....

Hello,
I have just setup a new installation of ChibiStudio.
Using the demo project: STM32F429i-Discovery, ChibiOS 1.0
I get part of the project to build, but It doesn't seem to be building the ugfx.
I changes the directory in the makefile (GFXLIB) , but possibly I should have changed it somewhere else ?
